Disability Allowance Assessor

We are currently recruiting for a Functional Assessor to work in our Telford, Shropshire office. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) and providing a high-quality service to claimants.
Main Responsibilities- You will conduct thorough assessments to determine the impact of health conditions and disabilities on claimants' daily lives.
- You will maintain accurate records and submit timely reports, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- You will work closely with claimants to understand their needs and circumstances, ensuring a personalized and inclusive service.
- Basic Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
- 5% Retention Bonus
- Rising to 10% Quality & Retention Bonus
- OTB: £45,650 per annum
- Hybrid Full-Time, Part-Time Working Hours Available
- Training Options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
- 25 Days Holidays per Annum, Rising to 27 Days with Service
