Bethphage is seeking a highly motivated and caring Adult Support Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our supported individuals, promoting independence, choice, and control. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing person-centred support and is committed to delivering high-quality services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- UK driver's license and own vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT knowledge and skills
- Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism (desirable)
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £11.50 per hour
- Sleep duty allowance: £189 per month
- Annual leave: 28 days (increasing to 33 days after five years and 38 days after ten years' service)
