Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Bethphage as a Service Manager, working in a person-centered positive behavior organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our services in South Shropshire, ensuring high-quality support is delivered to our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that enhance the quality of life for our service users.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of person-centered support and positive behavior within the team.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the Adult Care Sector, preferably with a background in Positive Behavior Support.
  • Proven supervisory/management skills, with a track record of success in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Good IT knowledge and system skills, with the ability to navigate complex software.
