Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand how an individual's condition affects their daily life
  • Produce accurate Work Capability Assessments (WCAs) to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining eligibility for benefits
  • Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through ongoing training and feedback

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary for this role is £39,500 per year, with the potential for additional skills allowances. You will be based in the West Midlands region, with opportunities to work from home and have a better work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration number
  • At least one year of post-registration adult or mental health experience gained within or outside the NHS
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software to produce detailed reports
