**About the Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Highland services at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland.

**Job Description:*

  • Create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including partners, service users, and community groups.
  • Represent The Richmond Fellowship Scotland within key partnership forums, promoting our values and mission.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and management of our services, ensuring they meet the needs of our service users.

**Requirements:*

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.

**What We Offer:*

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
