The Opportunity

This role requires a confident and analytical individual with expertise in business analytics, pricing strategy, and market research. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience working in an international environment, and a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sinclair's global pricing analytics function, sourcing and analysing internal and external data.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to Global Brand Managers to ensure the commercial potential of products is fully captured.
  • Oversee market research projects, prepare global pricing estimates, and conduct trend analyses.
  • Identify strategies to optimize Sinclair's position within the value chain, collaborating with local teams for implementation.
  • Support special projects within the commercial function, such as contract negotiations and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree-educated, preferably in a STEM field.
  • Strong skills in business analytics, including framework development.
  • Solid business understanding and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to work successfully with various organisational levels.
  • Experience working in an international or global environment.
