Job Overview

RX Global seeks a skilled Analytics Project Lead to drive the success of our Insight & Analytics team. This dynamic role involves leading end-to-end analytics delivery, developing best practices, promoting personal development, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end analytics delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution of projects, identification of opportunities for improvement, and provision of expert advice to stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices, document analytics innovations and project work, publish reports and case studies, organise workshops and events, and share learnings with leaders and teams.
  3. Promote personal development and ad-hoc guidance for leaders and teams through contributing to strategic workshops, actively seeking and communicating insights and ideas, transferring skills and capabilities, and continuously developing your own skill set.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience practicing advanced analytics and working with data in large corporate environments
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred), analytics programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and analytics modelling techniques (e.g., linear/logistic regression, clustering, classification modelling)
  • Strong ability to generate insights from data, think strategically and tactically, and communicate effectively both written and orally
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have expertise in: Project Management, AWS, Functional experience and expertise (e.g., sales, marketing, pricing), Primary research techniques (quantitative or qualitative)

Salary and Benefits
