As a skilled Marketing Analytics and Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will lead the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluate post-activity outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management.

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated salary of $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
