About the Role

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a Pricing Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial excellence function, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our established pricing processes and commercial analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize pricing processes and commercial analysis functions
  • Deliver high-quality pricing for opportunities aligned with agreed commercial terms
  • Collaborate with the CCO and Executive Team to maintain commercial standards
  • Lead the global pricing and commercial analytics teams to ensure revenue and margin targets are achieved

We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in managing established global pricing and commercial processes. You will have expertise in pricing processes and commercial approvals, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing established commercial or financial functions
  • Expertise in pricing processes and commercial approvals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex commercial data
  • Ability to communicate complex commercial insights clearly to senior stakeholders

We require a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including client developments, key launches, and industry trends. You will also have extensive experience in pricing and commercial analysis, including forecasting and pipeline management.
