Estimating Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Collision Damage Estimator to join our team at CSN Collision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs.
- Work closely with customers, insurers, and vendors to ensure efficient repair processes.

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
