Job OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager at Coach exemplifies exceptional business acumen, delivering outstanding sales results through employee development and mentorship. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and a strong focus on driving sales growth across all product categories.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develops and implements sales strategies that align with Company priorities and values, working closely with the Store Manager to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Productivity Management: Holds management team members accountable for personal productivity and contribution, ensuring seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serves as a brand ambassador in the market/mall to foster loyalty and drive business, representing Coach's values and vision.
- Evaluate performance of team members and provide consistent feedback to drive improvement.
- Resolve performance issues using effective communication, coaching, and counseling techniques.
- Ensure adherence to all retail policies and procedures, including POS and store operations.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain top talent.
- Building High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, blending people into high-performing teams when needed.
