Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Jewelry Retail Manager to join our team. As a leader in the fashion jewelry industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations to ensure maximum sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service standards and ensure that all staff members provide excellent service to customers.
- Manage store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store visual merchandising plans and events.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the latest trends and styles.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
