Job Description

As a Rheumatology Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to patients with inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. You will work collaboratively with consultants and AHP colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in rheumatology principles and practices, as well as experience working within a similar specialty. You should be a registered nurse (Level 1) with evidence of continued professional development and hold full active registration with the UK NMC.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Evidence of CPD.
  • Experience within specialty.
  • Audit and Standard Setting.
  • Managing Staff.
