Financial Estimator and Contract Specialist

Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
