Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in building infrastructure and maintenance, with experience of working with mechanical plant and equipment. A current driving license and ability to drive category B vehicles is also essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a permanent contract position, with 37.5 hours worked per week. The base location is Scarborough, but you may be required to work at other Trust sites as needed.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a range of benefits including access to the NHS Pension Scheme, 27 days holiday (rising to 33 days), and a generous relocation package of up to 30% of salary (capped at £18,000) for those who need it.
