We are X4 Life Sciences, a leading Medical Device company seeking a Territory Business Lead to drive sales and business development for our portfolio in the Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring successful post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience within the medical device sector, preferably with a background in IVDs.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of the NHS clinical and laboratory structure, as well as funding mechanisms.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
