Becoming an Operations Manager at The Commercial Hotel means being part of a dynamic team that strives to make a difference in people's lives. You'll work closely with our General Managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless delivery of our services and maintaining high standards.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience. Your attention to detail will help us refine our processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in finance, sales, and marketing efforts.

We value collaboration and open communication within our team. You'll be expected to work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve our goals. A strong understanding of hospitality operations, combined with excellent leadership skills, will enable you to excel in this role.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive hourly rate, higher than the government minimum, plus 10% service charges and tips retained by the team. You'll also enjoy benefits like free meals, soft drinks, and hot drinks on shift, as well as profit-sharing after one year of service.
