Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to the development of new menu ideas, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare fresh foods to an exemplary standard, using only the freshest ingredients and adhering to strict portion control and inventory management procedures.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that all stock is stored securely, rotated regularly, and used efficiently to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety directives and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Passion for Fresh Food: A genuine passion for fresh food and a commitment to using only the highest-quality ingredients.
  • Methodical Approach: A methodical and organized approach to work, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Planning and Organization: Precise planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
