Job Description:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries, champion Co-op products, and deliver a great shopping experience
  • Teamwork: Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, ensure prices are accurate, and maintain a safe and legal environment
  • Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing knowledge with colleagues
  • Community Engagement: Get involved in local activities and events, supporting our community
