At Country Choice, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Ticketing Support Specialist to join our team in Orpington, Kent.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position of 30 hours per week (10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support related to ticketing queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- To respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- To maintain accurate records and reports related to ticketing activities.
- To work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
