Job Description:
Role OverviewAs a Customer Team Member, you'll be the face of our store, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their shopping experience is seamless.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to queries, champion Co-op products, and deliver a great shopping experience
- Teamwork: Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, ensure prices are accurate, and maintain a safe and legal environment
- Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Community Engagement: Get involved in local activities and events, supporting our community
Requirements:
- Care for Customers: Genuine care for customer needs and a positive attitude towards problem-solving
- Excellent People Skills: Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
