About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanliness and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bannatyne. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including changing rooms, showers, toilets, and poolside facilities.
  • Ensure gym equipment, floors, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
  • Maintain outdoor spaces, including litter picking and bin storage.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for members and staff.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, or potential safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in domestic or cleaning roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using cleaning equipment.
