About the Role

As a Supervisor within our Lounges team, you will support the management team to maintain the high standards of our venues. This will involve leading by example, setting the pace high for your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales, manage labour, and maintain a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front of house team member with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
  • Experience in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • Natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
  • Good literacy skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and rapport building
  • Self-motivator with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork, and reporting
