A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our expanding Personal Injury Department at Clarkson Wright and Jakes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Coordinator to join our team, responsible for providing a high-quality service to the PI team, concentrating on specific parts of the PI and clinical negligence process as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day running of a large caseload.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and medical practitioners, and reporting back on progress.
  • Drafting legal documentation and production of routine correspondence.
  • Updating the case management system.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have over 2 years' previous experience as a Legal Assistant in PI and/or Clinical Negligence and be looking for a fresh challenge. You will be positive, professional, have a client-focused approach, and be a great team player.

Our PI department specialises in providing advice and assistance to clients in the area of personal injury and clinical negligence. We operate in an open and welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and co-operation.

We have a partner-led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure that helps develop junior members of the team and allocates work to the right level.

What We Offer

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.
