Ticketing Coordinator

Brakes, a leading foodservice supplier, is seeking an organized and efficient Ticketing Administrator to join its team in Orpington, Kent. The role involves managing the ticketing process, ensuring smooth delivery of ticket orders, and maintaining regular stock management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain the ticketing process to ensure timely delivery of ticket orders.
- Maintain regular stock management and ordering of materials to support the production of shelf edge labels.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the team's objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer support or helpdesk environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
