Care Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at The Cedar Foundation. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care and support plans
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care and support to individuals
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Support the Registered Manager to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Two years' experience in a social care setting
  • Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities
  • High level of competency in IT, including Microsoft Office package
