Cedar Foundation is seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at our residential care facility in Bangor, Co. Down.
About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to support our Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Manager in developing and implementing personalized care plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure that all care and support services meet the required standards and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise the support team to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the management of budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

- GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent.
