Job Title: Team Leader - Nights

Cedar Foundation is seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at our residential care facility in Bangor, Co. Down. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Registered Manager in developing and implementing personalized care plans and risk assessments.
  • Ensure that NIHE "Supporting People" contractual requirements and standards are met and maintained.
  • Mentor and supervise the Support Team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care and support.
  • Support with the management of budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
Benefits:
  • Annual leave entitlement of 6.4 weeks (pro-rata) in each leave year, increasing to 7.4 weeks after 5 years' service and 7.8 weeks after 10 years' service.

Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is equivalent.
  • Two years' previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care.
  • Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
  • High level of competency in IT, including Microsoft Office package.
