About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Ards Community Supported Living. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our service users who have complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting service users to develop their independence skills, including tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, and taking medication.
  • Utilizing a variety of communication tools to effectively communicate with service users and staff.
  • Working collaboratively with the dedicated staff team to promote the independence of our service users.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

About Us:

Ards Community Supported Living currently supports 11 individuals with learning disability and mental health issues. We are a highly motivated team who work tirelessly to promote the independence of the individuals we are working with.
