Team Leader Position

About the Role:
Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users to develop their independence skills, including tasks such as shopping, cleaning, personal care, and accessing the community.
- Utilize a variety of communication tools to effectively communicate with service users and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the dedicated staff team to promote the independence of service users.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their role.

Salary Details:
£24,836 - £28,072 per annum (based on 39 hours per week). A minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies for roles requiring sleep-ins.
