Team Leader Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Praxis Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our service users who have complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users to develop their daily living skills and access the community and social activities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs.
