Relief Team Leader Position

About the Role:
Praxis Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Team Leader to join our team. As a Relief Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users who have complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users to develop their independence skills, including tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, and taking medication.
- Utilize a variety of communication tools to effectively communicate with service users and support staff.
- Work collaboratively with the dedicated staff team to promote the independence of service users.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Salary Details:
£12.25 per hour. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
