About the Role:
Praxis Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Team Leader to join our team. As a Relief Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users who have complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.
- Utilize a variety of communication tools to effectively communicate with service users.
- Work collaboratively with the dedicated staff team to support service users in learning and developing their independence skills.
- Assist service users with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, personal care, and accessing the community.
- Provide a holistic approach to supporting service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Salary Details:
£12.25 per hour. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
