Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at USC Dundee. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
    • Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Recommend and select merchandise that meets customer needs, providing excellent product knowledge.
    • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Store Standards
    • Ensure the store is prepared for trading, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
    • Comply with all USC policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Teamwork
    • Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
