Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a great customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.
