Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Bracknell store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including stationery and gadgets, to effectively recommend products to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
- Work across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas, to support the store's busiest periods.
