Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Solihull store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new and existing products
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions

Requirements

  • Good availability to work across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
