About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our extensive range of architectural ironmongery products, and assisting with sales and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, offering a warm and professional welcome. Provide knowledgeable assistance and guidance on our range of architectural ironmongery products.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, staying updated with new arrivals and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

SDS London Ltd is a leading Architectural Ironmongery specialist with over 35 years of experience in providing retail and trade clients with ironmongery solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and expertise to leading construction projects in the UK, Europe, and overseas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or showroom environment
  • An interest in architecture, interior design, or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge continuously
