Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Bradford. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each service user.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Participate in care planning and review meetings to ensure the needs of our service users are met.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a children's residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
