Lavoro Select is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Children's Residential Registered Manager to lead our new 2-bed EBD home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the 2-bed EBD home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including our care team, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing children's homes, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
