We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team in Bradford. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the individual needs of each young person.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of young people.
- Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard and that all necessary policies and procedures are in place.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
