Job Summary:

NonStop Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards of care, adhering to National Minimum Standards and the Home's Statement of Purpose.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure these standards are maintained.
  • Consult with young people to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people.

Requirements:

  • Grade 5 Residential Qualification
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management Training
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager (with Ofsted)
