Children's Home Director - CareTech Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Home Director to lead our residential care services in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for each young person in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with young people, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Knowledge of quality standards, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
