Job Summary:

Lavoro Select is seeking an experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager to lead the opening and management of a brand new 2-bed EBD home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent outcomes
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing children's homes with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong understanding of child development and care principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
