Supporting Students with Mild Learning Difficulties

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic support assistant to join our team at Horizon Teachers. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide additional support to a child with mild learning difficulties in the Reception class.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in developing and implementing a tailored learning plan for the child.
- Provide support and guidance to the child as required, including moving and handling.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to promote the child's participation in lessons.
- A level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in EYFS, particularly those with special educational needs.
This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of up to £550 per week, plus free certified safeguarding training for all support staff once registered.
