Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer (Reasoning ML) to join our team, focusing on creating and curating datasets for training and evaluating our ML planner components. In this role, you will build effective data analysis tools and work across ML model development and evaluation to achieve desired AV driving behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of state-of-the-art data pipelines for our machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration with our Oxa Metadriver platform.
  • Design and implement metrics for model validation and continuous monitoring in production, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements to product quality, customer experience, and maintainability.
  • Leverage the Oxa Metadriver platform to generate synthetic data, train effective and robust driving policies, and drive improvements to product quality and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing behavioral machine learning technologies for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering projects as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in Python and data analysis libraries and packages, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
