Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art data pipelines for our machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration with our Oxa Metadriver platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing metrics for model validation and continuous monitoring in production, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements to product quality, customer experience, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge data pipelines for our machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Design and implement robust metrics for model validation and continuous monitoring in production, utilizing industry best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Leverage the Oxa Metadriver platform to generate synthetic data, train effective and robust driving policies, and drive improvements to product quality and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing behavioral machine learning technologies for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering projects as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in Python and data analysis libraries and packages, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
