We are excited to offer an exciting career opportunity for a Cognitive Assessment Practitioner to join our Memory Assessment Service in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to individuals with memory impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive cognitive assessments to diagnose and treat memory impairments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cognitive assessment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
