As an experienced Administrator looking to take their skills to the next level, we invite applications for the role of School Receptionist Manager. Working closely with the school administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-desk operations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk operations, including welcoming visitors and staff members
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of attendance and other administrative data
• Process correspondence, documents, and other communications effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
