About the Role

We are seeking an aspirational and outstanding English practitioner to join our Middle Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring young people to achieve their maximum potential and developing inspirational programmes of study.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver consistently high-quality lessons that demonstrate good/outstanding teaching in the English curriculum across KS3 & KS4.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and meet the challenges faced by our students.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive education for all students.
Requirements
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to teaching and learning.
  • An excellent understanding of the challenges faced by students with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties and complex needs.
  • A proven track record of successful teaching and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
